Synergetic becomes OpenFACILIS Certified
August 2009: Synergetic Consulting has completed its certification process for being a Certified Consultant for the new OpenFACILIS Process Management Platform. OpenFACILIS is an open-source application that delivers world-class process management capabilities for municipal organizations.

On-Line Training Classes
September 2007: Synergetic Consulting announces that it has created an on-line training curriculum for helping its clients develop their skills needed to maintain their Tidemark implementations. The classes being offered are designed to provide minimal impact on the students daily work schedule by offering them in two hour blocks over several days. This method allows them to work from their offices and not have to arrange for additional staff to cover while learning these valuable skills.

Planning Case Completion at Alameda County, California
October 2006: Synergetic Consulting was contracted by Alameda County, California to assist in the completion of thier Planning case type. The contract included working with their planning staff to complete the design and develop a case type that had been previously started and needed additional funcationality and reporting.



Presentation at 2006 Tidemark User's Group Meeting
April 2006: Synergetic Consulting presented at the 2006 Tidemark User's Group Meeting in Overland Park, KS. The presentation showed how the Advantage valuation process can be modified to be more flexible and meet the needs of a jurisdiction. Planning Case Implementation at Mesa, Arizona
January 2006: Synergetic Consulting was contracted by the City of Mesa, Arizona to assist in the development and implementation of a Planning case type. The contract included working with their building and planning staff to design and develop a case type that would handle the complexities of the planning process and integrate into their existing building case process.
